I get excited every time I hand buyers keys to their new home. I will not stop looking for the perfect home for my buyers until I find it! That requires me to look every day at new listings coming on the market, and network with other agents to see what listings they might have coming on before they hit the market. I do not make my clients wait to get a response from me. Buying a home is one of life's major decisions. I pride myself in guiding clients through the process and being available whenever they need me. I minimize the stress of buying a home by being proactive and identifying potential issues before they actually become problems.

I get great satisfaction when I tell my sellers that their home has sold. I stay in close contact with my sellers. I give frequent updates on the number of showings and the feedback from the potential buyer's showings. I closely watch the market and see what is selling in the neighborhood where my listings are. I am a fantastic negotiator and will bring sellers the best possible price for their properties.
